Terms of participation
Before booking your reservation, please read the following handout.
BOOKING, CONFIRMATION
You can make an online reservation at our homepage or send the reservation per fax, e-mail or you can arrange it through a phone call. The travelling contract comes into existence on the one hand by the reservation and paying a deposit, on the other hand by the acceptance of the order and the registration. The period and price of the holiday are contained in the confirmation, which will be sent to our guests after the arrival of the deposit.
TERMS OF PAYING
The reservation will be only after the arrival of the deposit utter. The rate is 2 day's accommodation fee. (but at least 20.000,- HUF or 100,- EUR/week) The bail/caution can be paid personally, by postal transfer or by bank transfer
RESIGNATION by THE PASSENGER
The paid-in deposit equals with the resignation fee. In case of a resignation within 7 days or in the event of non-resignation, the fee is the double of the deposit.
ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE
The accommodations can be occupied on the arrival's day between 14 - 20 in the high season, and between 14 - 17 in the off-peak period. The accommodation must be left on the last day until 10 a.m.
The keys will be handed in all cases in the travel agency midiTOURIST, the accommodations can be only occupied with an invoice wrote out by the agency or with an occupying permission.
If you cannot arrive at the given time because of unexpected difficulties, please let our agency know about the prospective time of arrival.
RESIGNATION by THE AGENCY
The midiTOURIST travel agency reserves the rights of changing. If the reservated accommodation is not in a renting state, the agency has to ensure another accommodation for the same price.
COMPLAINT, COMPENSATION
Complaints will be accepted only until the period of stay and in written form. The proceedings of compensation can be only realised in case of jointly drawn up minutes.
FURTHER INFORMATION
The minimum renting in case of holiday houses is 7 nights in Saturday-to-Saturday shifts, in case of apartments 4 nights. Apartments can be booked with any arrival and departure days, but in case of a reservation with 7 nights we also recommend an arrival on Saturday or on Sunday. The minimum renting times are stated extra on our homepage by the houses. Some of the pension rooms or apartments can be also rented for less than 4 days, in such cases the daily price changes as follows:
In case of 1 night : 30% extra charges
In case of 2 nights: 20% extra charges
In case of 3 nights: 10% extra charges
In the rental cannot stay more persons than the number figured on the confirmation
The daily price includes the accommodation fee, power, water, cost of lights, use of bed-clothes and cleanup.
The prices are quoted day-by-day and by rentals for the figured numbers.
You can find in all rentals: bed-clothes, towels (1/pers.), SAT-TV, equipped kitchen, filter-typ coffee machine, garden or mobile barbecue, garden furniture.
Pets can be only taken to the labelled rentals, and the daily costs are 4,- EUR (or the same amount in Ft).

Babybed, spare bed will be granted by advanced engagement without additional fee but for paying a caution. The amount is 10.000,- Ft or 50,- EUR.
